Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of confirmed payment, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may be processed on the next business day.

3. Packaging & Handling
All orders are shipped in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging to help preserve product integrity. Each vial is securely sealed and carefully cushioned to minimize the risk of damage during transit. External packaging is labeled as “Research Materials” with no specific product details displayed.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update. You can monitor your shipment through the carrier’s website or your account on our website.
5. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship within the United States. Express shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses. We reserve the right to decline shipment to any address at our discretion.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Helix Research is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after the carrier confirms delivery. If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly. If a package is lost in transit (no confirmed delivery), please reach out to us and we will assist in locating the shipment or arranging a replacement.
